Cancellation & Refund Policy – JungleSafariTour

At JungleSafariTour, we understand that travel plans may change. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and adjustments for bookings made through our platform.

1. Cancellation Policy (Hotel & Tour Packages)

30 days or more before check-in:
→ 75% refund or adjustment in future booking
15 to 30 days before check-in:
→ 25% refund or adjustment in future booking
7 to 15 days before check-in:
→ No refund, but adjustment allowed in future booking
Less than 7 days before check-in:
→ No refund, no adjustment & 100% retention will be charged

2. Peak Season Cancellation Policy

During peak seasons, weekends, and extended holidays (Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Good Friday, etc.),
separate cancellation policies may apply depending on the hotel/resort.
Prices and charges may vary during public holidays and long weekends.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds processed via payment gateway may take 10–15 working days to reflect in your account.
For refunds, guests must provide:
- Bank account details or
- Preferred payment mode
If payment was made via:
- UPI (Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, etc.) or Bank Transfer:
  → Refund will be processed within 3 working days
Refunds can be made through:
- UPI
- Bank Transfer
- Credit Card (original payment method)

4. Safari Cancellation Policy

Jeep Safari
- Non-refundable and non-transferable once booked
- Cannot be rescheduled under any circumstances
Canter Safari
- Non-refundable and non-transferable once booked
- Cannot be rescheduled under any circumstances
Elephant Safari
- Non-refundable and non-transferable once booked
- Cannot be rescheduled under any circumstances

5. Important Notes

Safari bookings include permit fees, vehicle charges, guide fees, and taxes, which are non-refundable as per government regulations.
Any refund or adjustment is subject to approval and availability.
JungleSafariTour reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice.
