Welcome to JungleSafariTour. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.
1. Hotel & Resort Booking Terms
- Reservations can be made online or at the reception, subject to availability.
- In case the selected resort is sold out, we will provide a similar property or offer a full refund.
- Room rates mentioned on our website are for base/deluxe category rooms. Higher category rooms will be charged separately.
- Standard Check-In Time: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Rates are not valid during New Year, Christmas, public holidays, festivals, or long weekends. Please contact our team for updated pricing.
- Peak Season (1st April – 30th June): Rates may be higher due to increased demand.
2. Additional Charges & Policies
- Jeep Safari and other outdoor activities are not included in hotel packages.
- Resorts may charge mandatory Gala Dinner fees during special occasions (New Year, Christmas, festivals).
- Pets are allowed only in pet-friendly resorts with additional charges and conditions.
- Any damage caused to resort property by guests will be charged accordingly.
- Use of swimming pool and recreational facilities is subject to resort rules. Proper swimming attire is mandatory.
- Once booking is confirmed, meal plans cannot be changed.
- Missed meals will not be refunded or adjusted.
- GST invoices will be provided only if requested at the time of booking.
3. Child & Guest Policy
- Children below 5 years stay complimentary with parents.
- Children aged 6–12 years will be charged 25% of the package cost.
- Extra adult sharing the same room will be charged 35% of the package cost.
4. Tour Package Terms
- Minimum requirement: 12 persons or 6 rooms (double sharing).
- Tour packages are customizable based on guest requirements.
- Prices may vary depending on travel dates, season, and availability.
- Base category rooms are included; higher category rooms will cost extra.
- Rates may change due to frequent updates by hotels and resorts.
- Forest rest house packages may have higher rates during peak seasons and holidays.
5. Jungle Safari Terms & Disclaimer
- JungleSafariTour is a private tour operator and is not affiliated with the official Corbett National Park or Corbett Tiger Reserve.
- We act as an agent for safari bookings and are not responsible for any loss, injury, or mishap during the safari.
- Safari permits, guide fees, fuel costs, or government taxes may change and will be charged extra if applicable.
- Wildlife sightings (including tigers) are not guaranteed.
- Safari bookings are non-refundable and non-reschedulable once confirmed.
- Names provided during booking cannot be changed.
- All guests must carry valid government ID proof for safari entry.
- Mobile phone restrictions may apply inside forest areas as per government guidelines.
- Registered forest department vehicles and guides are assigned at the entry gate.
- Guide fee (approx. ₹900) is payable directly if not included.
6. Important Safari Guidelines
- Maintain silence and follow forest rules during safari.
- Keep a safe distance from wildlife (minimum 50 meters).
- Follow instructions of guides and forest authorities at all times.
- Safari operations during monsoon season (1st June – 14th Nov) are subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled without prior notice.
7. Payments & Confirmation Policy
- A minimum 50% advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
- Full or partial payment must be completed at least 15 days before check-in.
- For last-minute bookings (within 15 days), payment must be made within 2 working days.
- Booking confirmation is subject to realization of payment.
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings in case of fraudulent activity or errors.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation policies may vary depending on hotel, season, and package.
- Separate cancellation rules apply during peak seasons and festivals.
- Safari bookings are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
9. Identification & Verification
- Valid photo ID is mandatory at the time of check-in.
- Guests booking via credit card must carry the card or its copy for verification.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Ramnagar Court / District Court Nainital, Uttarakhand (India).
11. Changes to Terms
JungleSafariTour reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users are advised to review this page periodically.
